As a longtime member I am being SCREWED. It costs MUCH LESS for a non member reservation at a resort vs. reserving the same time under my membership.

Priced a resort online vs. pricing same period and resort as member.

It was $2,000 less reserving online as a non member.

I was told I have fixed pricing that goes up 3% per year and thats why its more. I WILL BE SURE THAT MY PODCAST WILL SPREAD THIS FRAUD REGULARLY CONCERNING ANYONE INTERESTED IN PALACE RESORTS, PLUS CONTACT THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Charge more to members for accommodations than non members

We bought the membership first in 2995 and went regularly for 10+ years and they always convinced us to upgrade and give them more money. We havent been for a few years now and the members rate is 50% more than we would pay going via a travel agent and even their own palace resorts website for non members is 25% less than the members rate.

They havent even bothered to respond to my complaint. DONT BE TEMPTED TO BUY IN!!!

Palace Premier Website for Palace Premier Members Dropped!

First let me say that I am very disappointed in my Palace Premier membership. I've tried over a 10 year period to update my last name since I got divorced and went back to my maiden name.

I sent the necessary documentation several times, but my last name still shows my past married name. Secondly, I can no longer login to the Palace Premier website because it no longer exists. It was replaced with the Palace Elite website and I was told that I won't have access to the new website to view prices, update my information, or book a vacation. Now if I want to book anything I must contact member services directly.

I bought my membership in 2007, and I am considered one of the original members (as stated on my contract). I have another membership at another resort chain and thankfully I can still access their website to book my vacation, unlike the Palace Premier membership that has basically dropped Palace Premier members. This practice seems like a money grab to me! They sell you a membership, but find ways down the road to force you not to use your membership.

So they are basically stealing from you!

What will happen in 10 years? Buyer beware!

Need help with account

Palace Premier - Need help with account

Hi my name is Michael Zervos, I have been a palace premier owner for many years, my membership number is 301****, last march I wanted to use my last free week early so I paid my account in full which was a total of 704.96, they would only allow me to pay it in two separate installments so I paid 503.50 March 31st 2021 and April 05, 2021. After I paid I call numerous times to see if they processed it, It took so long I couldn't go on my trip because of Covid.

I called and called and after a month I was told my account was all cleared up. By that time I was not able to go until this year. So when I called three weeks ago I was told my account was not able to be used. So nothing was cleared up, I have 151 weeks that I paid thousands of dollars for and I am unable to use it even though I am paid all up.

Now in the past you could call billing personally now you cannot and I have to go thru customer service. It has been three weeks and no answer from anyone. I called several times and all I get they are working it.

Like I said this upsets me very much and feel I have been robbed of my thousands of dollars and cannot get someone to clear this up once again. Please help

Company stole $10,000.00 for upgrade and did not give what was promised to me.

I upgraded my account from Palace Resort to Palace Premiere, so the accommodation would allow me to bring family on vacation. We upgraded at the resort.

Put down $10,000.00 to do so and set up a payment plan for the rest. We arrived at Palace with our family.

Our accommodations were not available. They stuck us in a room outside a bar.

Palace Premier has refused to issue a refund on a membership that has been canceled within the contractual days allotted for cancellation. This agreement was signed at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana.

They have held on to $29,390.00 for the past 3 years out of $40,000.00. They returned $12,000.00 because Capital One's legal team was able to recover some of the monies. To this day I'm still attempting to recover $29,390.00 from Palace Premier Dominicana.

Palace Premier has been attempting to offer me different packages so that they can maintain a hold of my funds. I continue to request a FULL REFUND of my monies.

They have been collecting interest on my monies for the past 3 years. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

They are not letting me cancel my membership and are keeping my huge sum of deposit!

Palace Resort is a total scam!!! They promised us that this is a "vacation coupon" package that we were purchasing and that the service is just above 5 stars.

Their customer service stinks. They couldn't help a new consumer understand any of their processes of booking a vacation. When my husband and I decided that we wanted to cancel our membership after only 2 weeks, they ignored our request(s) and are refusing to give us back our hard earned money ($12,000.00).

We have not used any of their free vacations and they told us we could cancel at any time...all lies! PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A WARNING TO ALL THOSE WHO TRAVEL TO MEXICO AND NOT GET SCAMMED BY THEM!!!!!!!

In defense of the Palace Resorts... I bought the membership in 1999 and have been enjoying my vacations there each year since.

Not all who have bought are unhappy as this person.

The hotels, service, food and entertainment is wonderful. That is why we return year after year.
