I was refused my payout after 2 days of playing the games to finally get ahead. I was told it was because I used a promo code to get started and Ive done this on other games also with no issues.
So it seems to me that palace casino doesnt want to payout their customers unless they deposit money first. It is ridiculous to have a promo code section for codes for discounts if it works and someone is able to win but then denied payout. Its not good for business.
It is basically lying to your customers. Which is really disappointing.
