i want to know that when my shipment will arrive the couier company will ask me about cash on delivery or my shipment will already paid??? form pak wheel.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Quantity delivered was less than order.Deficient product received later.
I received order no 133**** for 2x Jack Rod Stainless Steel.On invoice quantity is 2 and dispatch company representative received money for 2 items from my son.However in parcel there is only one rod second is missing.I have not opened yet the parcel.Please resolve the issue by dispatching second one.Please be meticulous while receiving parcel check quantity.
