On the 7 November 2022i visited Pak n save Manukau
And i am abruptly told to leave the store

I ask her for what reason
She replies im tresspassed
I do not argue the facts
I proceed to leave and she viciously snatched my hand bag and runs and refuses to give my bag back

Poor customer service at self serve. When buying 1 savoury pinwheel the screen said $2.49. Told self serve attendant the shelf price is $1.79.

Told self serve attendant the shelf price is $1.79. She got on the phone and called the bakery and they told her that it's the scones price. She then proceed to tell me she will give it to me for the scones price. But her tone of voice made me feel she thinks I was lying.
I then told her I don't want it anymore as I've lost my desire to buy it because of this. After paying I left my shopping at customer sercive and went and took a photo for the woman at self service to show her I'm not a liar. When showing it to her she only said. Oh, you were right.
Sorry. And walked away.
Not happy with her insinuating I'm a liar.

Paid by Mastercard, one item price incorrect. Pak 'n' Save refused to refund the one item via original Mastercard payment, resulting in me being tresspassed from the store and having to leave all my items in the shop.
No refund.
Any other store in New Zealand will refund you on your card if you pay with your card. Not Pak 'n' Save.

out of all the retail stores in new zealand, PAK n Save has the worst customer service and the communication skills of the cashiers, i could bearly understand wat the *** that particular lady at the cash out counter was talking about, i hope they start emoplying people with gud and understandable english and gud customer service, i know that they r on their feet for 8 hours but they getting paid ffor it, i myself is in the serivce industry n work 10 hours a day but that doesnt stop me frm providing the best service possible to my guest and customers!!
I bought my Easter ham at the Pak n Sav in Oakland. Worst mistake ever!!
It crumbled in pieces when I unwrapped it and was DRYYYyyy as bread, ruined dinner because of an 18.00 ham. Trying to save a dollar.
