This realtor, Jesikah Alvarado, listed a home that I purchased. She did not disclose the home uninhabitable.
When I moved into the home, I discovered the electricity ,plumbing, and septic was not in working order. I was scammed by this woman. She was aware of the issues with this home and failed to disclose. The contractor She recommended also scammed me.
I later found out through the utility company, the prior owners tampered with the electricity. My utilities were disconnected as a result. I had to obtain a permit, and pay for the repairs out of pocket. I am a working class individual with a sister with a disability that I take care of.
I thus far spent thousands of dollars in repairs.
Beware of this realtor I have made her aware of the hardship she has caused to my sister and I. I am writing this so that others will not be scammed by this company.
