Very bad pizza
Ordered a large pizza 1cheese and some wings. Went to eat my cheese pizza and it looked as if they had it from the day before. I contacted the place where purchased and was told they would make it right. Gentleman told me to hold on while he confirm with supervisor. He gets back on the phone and proceed to tell me is now not willing to fix it. Very poor customer service.

Delivery Driver in Herndon Location
Hi! I made an order with you guys a little bit ago today, and I had specifically asked the delivery driver to NOT knock and just leave at the door because my baby was sleeping. Regardless, he or she did not and knocked very hard, causing my baby to wake up. Not only this, but the delivery driver screamed at my husband saying tip me even though I tipped before I payed.

we have been getting pies from the CANOPY Shopping Center in Ocala Florida, Paisano's for a long time/ i placed a phone order tonight and this was the result. the pie took 45 minutes to pick up. when we got the pie home we saw that the pie looked like it had been made earlier and that it was 2 'mistake pies' that maybe customers did not want but they did not want to throw away.. (they waited till someone came in to give the '2 half's' away) and that 'lucky' person was me. the pie was cold..not even warm, the pie was crisp on ends only and soggy, after this visit, we need to re-consider buying pies from Paisano's again! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Don't care about customer service
Still no answer from them. They think Money over service. Boycott to make them listen customers are your livelihood treat them with respect.....

At your Leominster, MA. pizza location the young girls at the cash registers have attitudes. I picked up a $30 order , ask a question and she rolled her eyes at me. Others were rude When we picked up various orders on different days.please advise their managers.

Ordered a large pizza/ personal pan delivered.
This was only our 2nd pizza that we ordered from Paisano's. The 1st was a couple weeks ago and was good, so we thought we'd order again. I ordered a large, thin meat lovers, no sausage. After about an hour the delivery driver brought a personal pan thin pizza. I called back to the store here in Winchester, Va and the fellow told me that's what was on receipt. Did not offer any compensation or say he was sorry.... Nothing ! I told him then I'd probably not be ordering any more from Paisano's, he just said OK. That doesn't sound like Paisano's wants our business. Guess we'll be going back to Pizza Hut. Sadly, George Damko

Let me guess, you ate the food, lied and said it was terrible, asked for a refund, did not get one and now you are upset. You eat food you do not get a refund.
