Said they WERE FB. 'Fixed' problem.
Have rec'd calls 2x per week since, to upgrade software (no), then they will refund my $, IF I give them access to my computer. HUGE SCAM! It's been a 1.5 yrs! FTC shut them Down!
I REGISTERED a complaint. Yesterday they called from Singapore, said they are starting up a new company, want to remove software! I said no, they claim to monitor my IP addr, they had it wrong!! They persist in calling back no matter how rude I am!
Always a new phone number... How do I stop the calls!?!
- Persistence to get access to my computer
Preferred solution: Full refund

I subscribed to this company in May 2014 for $399.00. On October 21,2014 I received a telephone call from them stating I was to receive the $399.00 back into my checking account. The gentleman supposedly put $2900.00 into my checking account and stated he couldn' t correct it and I would have to send a check by Western Union for $2800.00. Like a fool I sent a debit from my checking account to a person named Ying Ying Zhou in China. Also $3900.00 was supposedly transferred to my checking account but has not been done. So I have been scammed out of approximately $5000.00 by these people through my own stupidity.. Also I subscribed to OMG which I understand is also under investigation.
I will submit my telephone number and address upon request.

They tried to get my credit debit card information and have me transfer them more money under the guise of refunding me
Originally, I had a virus and it said to call them to fix it so I did and they did fix it. I ended up buying a warranty for 249.95.
That part was ok.
Then, two weeks later, i recieved a call from them (blocked number) saying that their company was moving countries and so was issuing refunds, and if i would give them remote access would set up the refund.
I did, and they had me form a western union account and were trying really hard to get me to tell them all of my debit card information, and also were trying to transfer (with my computer) funds to someone through the western union account. I shut off their remote access and when they called back with the same message, saying they hadn't called before, i told them i knew they were a scam and they hung up.

Has anyone else notice all the previous comments are written with poor grammar and spelling and says "I called up pairsys" over and over. hackers be writing their own responces!!
I was mislead as to believing all my computers had been corrupted.
They misled me into thinking that they were Dell support, then they told me that all my computers had been corrupted and that all my passwords and information was being stolen. And if I didn't have this protection put on my bank accounts and all my credit cards would be compromised.
SO they put on free microsoft virus protection and charged me $300.
When in fact my problem was my printer, that had a hardware problem that said, DOOR OPEN, which they told me meant that my computer was open to being hacked, when in fact its a common hardware problem with the printer. I WAS SCAMMED.
