I didnt talk to anyone so my experience was terrible. I never received my package you guys wont return my phone calls.
But still care about my review. The shipping company contacted you and let you know I never received the package!

Sent wrong color
Sent wrong color and their web site gives you the runaround no phone number their customer service sucks. They should refund me or send me gold paint the brown paint the sent they can keep I previously got touch up paint and the gold colors are the same part number as the brown color

I tried to message you guys , you say enter the code we sent to your email in order for your message to go thru , but you guys haven't sent any code, I'm gonna wait a couple more days before I dispute this charge

I tried to get in touch with someone and never could because I cant get a phone number so I will try something else never got a order number sent to me
Defective paint applicator - seller would not make good on it
Ordered an Auto Paint Touch Up kit.
Kit comes with Primer, Paint & Clearcoat applicators.
All 3 come in a tube with a Narrow-Flat tip applicator.
The liquids (primer, paint or clearcoat) start flowing when one presses the applicator to the surface lightly, after shaking the applicator.
After applying the Primer and waiting for it to cure, I applied the paint.
My Pain applicator would not release an even flow of paint, rather it came out in large clumps/drops, totally RUINING the results.
After complaining to the company, they promised to make it right.
After a while I received ONLY a replacement Paint tube - NO:
Primer or Clearcoat.
This is ridiculous, as I have to start the process completely over and don't have the Primer or Clearcoat to do so.
I complained to the seller and was ignored.
Company is dishonest in promising to make things right, instead they just take your money, ship defective products and then ignore your requests to make it right.
Find honest companies with integrity who actually stand behind their products, not just offering empty promises.

Scratch Remover
Product is totally useless. As an "Auto Scratch Remover" it does NOTHING.
The instructions are in an "Asian" language. In reviewing the sales video and following their instructions, it does not remove anything.
Attempts to contact the company result in nothing. I have requested a refund from Pay Pal.
Preferred solution: Full refund
