Scratch Remover
Product is totally useless. As an "Auto Scratch Remover" it does NOTHING. The instructions are in an "Asian" language. In reviewing the sales video and following their instructions, it does not remove anything. Attempts to contact the company result in nothing. I have requested a refund from Pay Pal.

Defective paint applicator - seller would not make good on it
Ordered an Auto Paint Touch Up kit. Kit comes with Primer, Paint & Clearcoat applicators. All 3 come in a tube with a Narrow-Flat tip applicator. The liquids (primer, paint or clearcoat) start flowing when one presses the applicator to the surface lightly, after shaking the applicator. After applying the Primer and waiting for it to cure, I applied the paint. My Pain applicator would not release an even flow of paint, rather it came out in large clumps/drops, totally RUINING the results. After complaining to the company, they promised to make it right. After a while I received ONLY a replacement Paint tube - NO: Primer or Clearcoat. This is ridiculous, as I have to start the process completely over and don't have the Primer or Clearcoat to do so. I complained to the seller and was ignored. Company is dishonest in promising to make things right, instead they just take your money, ship defective products and then ignore your requests to make it right. Find honest companies with integrity who actually stand behind their products, not just offering empty promises.
