My initial complaint was against Painless Pumps West. I feel bad because I wrote a horrible rating and it turns out this isnt even the same company! That isnt fair to the THIS particular painless pumps business... its just that the closeness in names is really confusing to us consumers. But anyway, this OG PP will be my go to next time because the other one provided the crappiest service... and they are here in CA where I live yet it took a week to arrive. Im sorry for my first *** review. Ill update this one after I order from this actual company. Everyone! Dont go to painless pumps west! Youll be disappointed (see attached how they respond to Customers). Just try the original PP. not PPW.
