Page plus is a horrible company! Tonight I call to pay my niece bill gave the representative my card info. She stated my card declined. So i gave her the info again because i thought maybe due to the language barrier she didnt under stand me clearly. So she process the card again. And again she stated it declined. So she told me to go to the web page in i did. And my card was accepted. After that i checked my account page plus has process three debit transactions out of my account. So I called back was on hold for 3hrs Bounce from representative to representative. When i finally got to a suoervisor or so he said. He going to tell me there are No transactions. I stated Sir im looking at my account right now. You guys have successfully taking from my account three times today. He sten stated oh I do see one. Wait what you see three! He go's no they didnt go through you will need to call your bank. Say what now... Mr. Refund my money he then stated the only way we can take this futher is if your bank was on the line. Mr. No bank can hold on for three hours. This *** company is a scam! But im getting my money even if i have to sue! This some *** DO NOT USE PAGE PLUS CELLULAR!!!!

I feel like a pinball. bouncing between departments, on hold EVERY time I am transferred. this was a good customer service company before it got bought by trac phone. They do offer call backs, usually. not this time. On hold over one hour. ported a phone over. now trying to transfer device. there is no record of my phone being ported over, yet it says page plus. I explained this to rep. he told me I was not calling from that device. Right. you cant call on phone you are changing. I asked to be transferred to supervisior. He is the supervisior. Well, then I asked to be transferred to someone egually as competent as he is in the porting department. Still on hold. been 1 hour 15 minutes.

A helpful tip (which I use myself) when complaining about customer service in ANY organization: We all feel like our issue is the most important in the world, and want everything fixed immediately. As I said, I'm guilty as well.

But, once again, when I finally am able to talk someone, I want the issue resolved, whether it takes two minutes or two hours. That's going to cause a backlog if I'm on the phone for quite a bit of time. Now, of course, the company could "simply" hire more people.

But when they do, that adds a lot of extra costs to the company. Since no company is going to willingly take a massive loss of profits, then that money going towards, let's say, five extra employees is going to be passed along to the consumer.

Try to port away from page plus, they are holding my phone # hostage. Two days in a row on hold for over an hour, still havent released my #. This is a terrible company dont get involved with them if you can help it. The company that I am trying to port to cant do anything about it they say I have to get page plus to release it. Its a shame that they let this monopoly of tracfone exist, if it was in the us im sure this wouldnt be happening. Carlos Slim should look into this and fix it instead of buying more companys to do shady business with.

Paid for 5 gb of service with page plus and they kept me at a 2g network claiming I used 5 gb in less than 11 days. I hate their customer service. They don't understand English. Terrible experience. They cheated me clearly out of 5 gb and they wanted me to pay another 55 dollars for 5 more gb.

Yes sir, I spent the past three days trying to pay for my service with 4 different credit and debit cards. Page Plus keeps rejecting my payments and has over $300 of my money in "hold status." I've been with Page Plus for almost 5 years and never had a single problem.

Now they are holding me hostage because my phone number has expired.

Today, I'm taking my two iPhones and porting them over to Verizon Prepay. (I paid $12.00 from a fifth credit card just to reactivate the number)

I recently tried activating my iPhone6 this pet Thursday on 4/6/16. I waited to get the email giving me instructions to activate my phone.

When I finally did it said to turn the phone off and insert the SIM card. I did , I turned it on but nothing happened it said "activating phone, may take a couple minutes" I waited for like an hour and nothing so I went online and tried other things. By the end of the night I was completely frustrated so I gave up. Than by the next day at around 5 I decided to restore my whole phone to see if maybe that would work.

I did and it finally activated BUT I could not make calls/ text/ or use cellular data. Once I got home a few minutes later I was able to send messages but not through iMessage or make calls. I called costumer service which SUCKED ! They did not help at all and when I tried explaining what was wrong they did not help and the guy ends up hanging up.

So I decide to wait to see if maybe it fixes it's self. It's now Saturday morning 4/9/16 and still NOTHING. Matter of fact now my phone says no service. I keep emailing to see if they could fix the problem or give me a refund but no answer.

I took a screenshot of me trying to make a call on Friday but this kept popping up, "call Failed" it would not even ring or anything, as soon as I made a call it would immediately end the call. So frustrated and I NEED and WANT MY MONEY BACK.

If they could PLEASE HELP FIX this issue I will have no problem remains a costumer I have used this service on my iPhone 4 and it worked perfectly fine than. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.

The Absolute Worst Company and Customer Service

On April 21, 2016, I contacted Page Plus Customer Service to switch from my Verizon service. I painstakingly gave the IMEI numbers for each phone that I wanted to bring to Page Plus as well as porting the associated numbers. Let me say without any form of bigotry that most of the representatives speak very poor English and with this being the case, there is much lost in translation. By this I mean, there is a complete lack of understanding of terms and terminology. Now, back to my experience. I was advised, after confirming several times, that each phone's IMEI was compatible with Page Plus service and number portability. I proceeded to order service and SIM cards for a total of 5 smartphones...2 iPhone 6s, 1 iPhone 6 Plus, a Samsung Galaxy S4 and a Samsung Galaxy 6. I was confident that there would be no issue for I had asked and the rep reiterated SEVERAL times that each phone was compatible. They only specified that the iPhones would require Nano SIM cards and the Galaxies would require Dual SIM cards. I was expecting to disconnect from Verizon any day, so when I was advised that the free shipping could take up to 3 days, I purchased overnight shipping. Mind you, I processed the order totaling $258.23 around 4 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Well, when the shipment did not arrive by the end of business the following day, I called customer service. I was advised by a rep that because my order was placed after the day's cutoff for overnight shipping and there was no Saturday delivery, my order would not arrive until the following Monday. I then proceeded to request a refund of the overnight shipping because the previous rep failed to inform me that there was a cutoff time for the days overnight shipping. They refused. I was not pleased, but decided to eat it. The SIM cards arrived the following TUESDAY! Not pleased, but I went forward with the activation process online. Lo and behold, I was given an error message saying that the first phone I tried, an iPhone 6, was not compatible with Page Plus service and could not be activated. What the heck!? I then proceeded to try and activate each phone and on all except the Galaxy S4, I received the same error message. I called the company, quite perturbed by this time, and asked why was I assured phone compatibility when I could not activate each phone. I was advised that it was a 'technical' issue and transferred to a supervisor who proceeded to tell me there was a mistake and after giving each IMEI number again, there was no problem and it must have been a 'glitch' that would not allow me to activate the phones online. I then painstakingly spent 3 hours on the phone with a rep giving information on each phone's IMEI, MEID, associated phone numbers, my Verizon account information and password...everything they said they needed to manually activate the phones. It was explained that Trac Phone had recently acquired Page Plus and there was a system compatibility issue but the tech department could and would indeed activate each phone and call me the next day. The next day? Crickets, and I don't mean the wireless service. I phoned in and was advised, after being transferred no less than 3 times, that there was no documentation of the previous marathon customer service call or any of the information that I had painstakingly given. REALLY!? I was then told, in very acerbic tones, that the phones were incompatible and that was that. I received no answers as to why I was told otherwise and then allowed to order over $250 worth of services. No explanation or apology at all! I requested a refund of all monies to include overnight shipping. I was advised that the SIM cards were non-refundable and since they were only 9 cents each, I decided I would eat the .45 cents. A claim ticket for a refund of all monies minus SIM cards was initiated...over a 2 hour period...and I was assured that the money would be refunded to my Visa in 3 to 5 business days. On the 5th business day...no refund...on the 7th day...no refund. I phone in, at this point, barely calm yet icily polite. I was told that the 'refund' department was still reviewing my refund request. I asked, why when I had already been assured that the refund was in process and I would receive it in 3-5 business days? Mumbled and incoherent reply along with let me transfer you to my supervisor. The next person was not a supervisor and transferred me to their supposed manager who was also not a supervisor. After being transferred 7...SEVEN...times, I spoke with a manager who told me he would initiate a ticket request for my refund. I lost it and told them that had already been done and I want my money now! He ignores me and instead initiates another 'ticket' to get my money saying that I would receive a call in 24 hours. Forget about it! I called my bank and initiated an investigation and request for my money to be put back into my account. Let them deal with Page Plus and their fiasco of a company! DO NOT...UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THIS SUB-PAR ORGANIZATION!!! Side note: I have decided to stay with Verizon because although they are expensive and suck on many levels, the cellular service quality is bar none and you do indeed get what you pay for! Oh! The CEO died on April 3, 2016...just my luck...I offer condolences to his family.

I have used page Plus since 2008, and the only issues I have had is long wait times for customer service, which honestly isn't needed unless you get a new phone or replace an old phone, but the wait time has gotten better over the years. I like the use of Verizon Network; my phone works anywhere a Verizon phone will.

Secondly PP Cellular started charging fees and taxes several months ago; making the prepaid $39.00 plan cost almost $44.00 in Alabama. I never allowed PPC to keep and store my debit card information so; therefore they could not draw automatic ACH payments from my bank. In general it is best for me not to permit PayPal or any site keep & store card information for convince; if compromised it could take some time to get your money back. That is just not a good practice.

To combat the extra Fee's and silly surcharge 911& FCC Fees and taxes one may choose a plan from CallingMart.com (I do this) and they email me a PPC PIN appropriate for the plan I choose, and it immediately shows on my www.callingmart.com account; which I copy and paste on my PagePlus website account . Note if one buys a load to phone pin you could experience problems, or long wait times; such as PIN Stacking at PPC Site waiting on the former PIN to run out.

I have not had any problems buying from callingmart.com other than once I chose load to phone, because I purchased it a day early it was “stacked” by Page Plus and not recognized as an auto-pay and I had the experience of learning this. However inconvenient it may be; to save money and not allow automatic access to my money I do this every month.

There is several different wireless phone; PIN Stores or websites such as WWW DOT PIN ZOO DOT COM and I have used that one before, but I prefer to do it the way I have described; quick efficient way to save money. By the way never delete an email; it is great to have an archive of daily activity.

I still use a basic flip-phone, but do know people using a Sam Sung Galaxy 4 Smart Phone on PagePlusFlip without incident. Happy Camper

Activation Problems

I was activating my wifes PP approved phone. The agent made a mistake and activated it using my phone number. He couldn't figure out what had happened. I figured it out when I was checking her new phone's data and it had my phone number in it. After that he managed to reactivate my phone but he told me I couldn't use the Sim card for my wifes phone for 24 to 36 hours. So we waited. By the time I got back to activating her phone, three days later, I was told I couldn't use that Sim card because it had been deactivated for longer than 24 hours. So which is it? Either way I lost.

Page Plus *** Poor Service once purchased by Verision

I contacted this company and asked to have a harassing caller blocked. They said "They do not offer this service" This is actually now VERISION. VERISION purchased this company and apparently wants to *** everyone off so they change back to them. By allowing an unwanted caller to continue, all the while being able to stop it, may actually be a legal issue for them. We Will Soon SEE! It is no wonder, with very little research that the reviews on this company are not good. I actually was with VERISION and had double billing issues and changed to pageplus. Once purchased by VERISION we quickly began to have trouble. NO WONDER!

Do not, do not get involved with this company. It sucks! The help line is helpless and incredibly rude. Never, ever again! I have had nothing but problems since I signed up with this company and I am embarrassed to say that I stuck with it for 2 years of ***. FirstI was sent an locked phone and it took them 1 month to unlock it. Now I have a new phone and I cannot activate the cellular data which I have paid for. The help line tells me to take the phone and my problem to a "dealer"...yah, right. No such thing as a Page Plus dealer. SO unfortunately it is back to Verizon since that is the only choice for a carrier when I live.

Re: Coupons for Page Plus forget these online discount dealers, some very,very poor customer service ones out there. best pageplus deals are at the pageplus webpage. log in, go to auto refill section. you will see the best discounts out there. you have to pay taxes, but you will still beat the internet vendors. example - a auto refill for the 12.00 plan is 10.00. after taxes etc the plan will be around 11.00, which beats the gestapo vendors. go to the pp website and see all the discounts. on the dark side, good luck trying to find a customer service rep that can speak decent english.

Page plus wireless service...a nightmare!!! Was fine for years loved it. But I loose my son, I call to make my normal payment due date in 12th of each month. I call early to add money. I always receive people in Guam Whom I can not understand!!! I decide that month I would up my plan. Wasn't told that would change my due date. I only added extra data time due to the fact that at that time the only internet access I have is the phone MRI make funeral arrangements for the unexpected death of my 31 yr old son. I am disabled I get pd once a month. I call back many times explaining I am handicapped alone, no other phone to use. I wanted my 12 date back. It took over 3 days of nonsense that got me no place but Sorry mam sorry mam add more money to extend date. Eventhough I was told they would listen to the call and if he didn't tell me it would change my monthly bill date they would help me! RIGHT AT A TIME OF A TRAGIC KOSS AND ME BEING ON A LIMITED INCOME AND HANDICAP THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING I ADD AND ADD MONEY TO GET MY DATE TO THE 5th of the month In March I was charged 2 times Same day and time For the 39.95 plan! Now i call and call can't reach PagePlus it says it's straight talk metro pcs etc. So I go online to pay so I have a phone. (Limited data internet time) I chatted w somone online She said let me make certain u paid correct company. Comes back says no I didn't! I then get another live person on chat says I did pay right company But computers running slowly I stated oh please hurry I am running out of internet time( not my unlimited talk and text time) so that's in the 2nd of the month, she states oh I will add it now! I say NO NO NO THAT CHANGES MY PAYMENT DATE...I just barely got it stretched out to 5th of month Which is never wracking if it's a holiday (as it was on Easter) I can't pay it and I am disabled & all alone!!! I have no other phone to use. The next day I call the phone number...I reach Guam, suddenly same phone number states it's page plus when just day before stating it's metro it's straight talk etc. Stating my phone is now deactivated!! I speak to Guam of course once again to no avail. I will connect u to a supervisor I ask what's the reference no for this problem (since I know supervisor not even in same building been through it) He states not one mam we do not do that. I ask what's the main phone number in the united stars of America, He responds he doesn't know. I get connected to supervisor she hangs up on Me! Now I keep receiving srange text stating renew your plan Not from PagePlus co. Whenever and have now been for a year reaching Guam my fees are higher! I ask a question, they stick to a script!!! I say excuse me I just asked u a question?? They repeat again and again U have this plan this much data time left They always ask for my card number 2 times!!! They can't ever help me with any technical difficulties problems. They can't tell me if I let my phone shut off til monthly date I want if I can still at least call 911. They can't tell me anything! They are RUDE, I CANT UNDERSTAND THEM! Nothing has been resolved!!! At all I pd for same plan just paying ahead of time to stack it so I don't loos service And they add it wrong and jack up my payment date!!! As I stated, during an extremely difficult time nov 2014 I was just paying my bills early and dealing with a lot and funeral arrangements for my mson...I decide to increase data time and he didn't tell me it would change my payment date!!!!
