I recently tried activating my iPhone6 this pet Thursday on 4/6/16. I waited to get the email giving me instructions to activate my phone.
When I finally did it said to turn the phone off and insert the SIM card. I did , I turned it on but nothing happened it said "activating phone, may take a couple minutes" I waited for like an hour and nothing so I went online and tried other things. By the end of the night I was completely frustrated so I gave up. Than by the next day at around 5 I decided to restore my whole phone to see if maybe that would work.
I did and it finally activated BUT I could not make calls/ text/ or use cellular data. Once I got home a few minutes later I was able to send messages but not through iMessage or make calls. I called costumer service which SUCKED ! They did not help at all and when I tried explaining what was wrong they did not help and the guy ends up hanging up.
So I decide to wait to see if maybe it fixes it's self. It's now Saturday morning 4/9/16 and still NOTHING. Matter of fact now my phone says no service. I keep emailing to see if they could fix the problem or give me a refund but no answer.
I took a screenshot of me trying to make a call on Friday but this kept popping up, "call Failed" it would not even ring or anything, as soon as I made a call it would immediately end the call. So frustrated and I NEED and WANT MY MONEY BACK.
If they could PLEASE HELP FIX this issue I will have no problem remains a costumer I have used this service on my iPhone 4 and it worked perfectly fine than. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.

I have used page Plus since 2008, and the only issues I have had is long wait times for customer service, which honestly isn't needed unless you get a new phone or replace an old phone, but the wait time has gotten better over the years. I like the use of Verizon Network; my phone works anywhere a Verizon phone will.
Secondly PP Cellular started charging fees and taxes several months ago; making the prepaid $39.00 plan cost almost $44.00 in Alabama. I never allowed PPC to keep and store my debit card information so; therefore they could not draw automatic ACH payments from my bank. In general it is best for me not to permit PayPal or any site keep & store card information for convince; if compromised it could take some time to get your money back. That is just not a good practice.
To combat the extra Fee's and silly surcharge 911& FCC Fees and taxes one may choose a plan from CallingMart.com (I do this) and they email me a PPC PIN appropriate for the plan I choose, and it immediately shows on my www.callingmart.com account; which I copy and paste on my PagePlus website account . Note if one buys a load to phone pin you could experience problems, or long wait times; such as PIN Stacking at PPC Site waiting on the former PIN to run out.
I have not had any problems buying from callingmart.com other than once I chose load to phone, because I purchased it a day early it was “stacked” by Page Plus and not recognized as an auto-pay and I had the experience of learning this. However inconvenient it may be; to save money and not allow automatic access to my money I do this every month.
There is several different wireless phone; PIN Stores or websites such as WWW DOT PIN ZOO DOT COM and I have used that one before, but I prefer to do it the way I have described; quick efficient way to save money. By the way never delete an email; it is great to have an archive of daily activity.
I still use a basic flip-phone, but do know people using a Sam Sung Galaxy 4 Smart Phone on PagePlusFlip without incident. Happy Camper

A helpful tip (which I use myself) when complaining about customer service in ANY organization: We all feel like our issue is the most important in the world, and want everything fixed immediately. As I said, I'm guilty as well.
But, once again, when I finally am able to talk someone, I want the issue resolved, whether it takes two minutes or two hours. That's going to cause a backlog if I'm on the phone for quite a bit of time. Now, of course, the company could "simply" hire more people.
But when they do, that adds a lot of extra costs to the company. Since no company is going to willingly take a massive loss of profits, then that money going towards, let's say, five extra employees is going to be passed along to the consumer.
