They overcharging me
They overcharged me. I switched to biweekly payments, but they still charged me the next week.
The lady I spoke to was rude. They are unbelievable.

Just Did Big Chore Hopefully Roomies Happy
Some existing roomies were scheduled or planned to leave the residence before I arrived.
I had no issues.
I did just "extra chore" frozen unclean believe room 5 freezer area in refrigerator yesterday. Got approval when viewed from a roomie.
I placed out there roll of brawny type paper towels at own expense for all free to use. Was my turn (implied/suggested) to buy kitchen trash bags last week (done last week).

Too much $$$ was taken, I only Authorized $200. Instead $400 was taken
On 15May24 (My Due Date) I saw the normal -$400.00 as the amount I'd have to pay due to my "Frequency is every 2 weeks" I changed it to "Weekly" from "Every 2 Weeks". I knew I'd have to pay $200.00 instead of $400.00, I noticed later on that day a Pending charge of $400 instead of the $200.
I called in that day (15May24) to inform Padsplit that $200.00 too much was taken.
I looked on my Banking Ledger $400 was taken out on 16May24 instead of $200 (Week to Week). I have a screenshot of the actual amount taken out but can't upload it (No Option to add)

I have been trying for 2 days now to get my id to take and taken 1000s of different pics. It scanned the back for the bar code but keeps rejecting it.
No it is not out of date and yes its my real one. I have been tying to rent a room I have paid the 19$ Please help asap

Too much was taken, I only Authorized $200
I changed my payment schedule from the 2 Weeks to 1 before I was going make my payment. When I changed it, it didn't allow me to make that $200 payment but said it was changed.
I later on noticed that $400 was taken out. I then called to inform the company about the situation, the Rep stated the system shouldn't of allowed me to be able to make that change before you made the current amount was paid. I explained to the Rep that no Disclaimer was in place to inform you what the Rep stated.
I made the change but no amout was given of what I was paying. I've been on this property to where I have the ability to "Change my Payment Frequency".
