Verified Reviewer |Missing candles
They will not fulfill my order despite being paid in full. I have emailed, called, and chatted at least 10 timesheet they refuse to respond to my requests.
I placed a large order but by the time I checked out one of my selected items (DOPO TIGER) was out of stock. I emailed Paddywax the next day to ask to please add the candle to my order.
They emailed an invoice for $32. for the candle. When my order arrived I was missing two candles. The limited edition DOPO TIGER and the free gift.
I have emailed, chatted, and called without a response.
I am pissed because now they will not rectify their mistake. I have been a Paddywax customer for many years but I am returning everything back to them since they will not respond.

Broken candle from heat
Had candle lit- 3 wick- rose and coconut- and in the middle of dinner we heard a break of glass and looked over and it was the candle. It appeared the wicks were close to the edge and likely the heat broke the glass.

I bought this candle from a local store in Wilmington- Sugarwood Interiors- last year. But I dont have a receipt.

My rose coconut 3 wick candle broke tonight. The glass must have gotten too hot and the glass broke off from the candle.
I bought this candle from Sugarwood Interiors back in fall 2023, but I dont have a receipt. Here are the pics- see below

Your customer service system is too complicated. I just had a simple question. did not get an answer via email, nor with the chat person. I called and the phone person gave me advice.
Slow and overly complicated way to respond to customer. btw, don't like the "pissed customer" moniker. It's kind of insulting.

Good luck getting the manager to put down or get off his cell phone. I was shocked with the lack of professionalism yet bothersome oversharing once we decided (and it became obvious) we were interested in making a purchase. Nashville experience has always been A plus and well worth the drive from Birmingham.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased two candles from them, my order was confirmed with a number as well as a email.
More than a week goes by and there was ZERO sign of a shipment, or any update. I reached out via email, a few days go by, nothing. I reach out on Facebook sending a message...nothing. I then write a complaint on their Facebook wall, of course that’s when they email back.
I was told my shipment would go out that day. THAT DAY. I think great! Satisfied.
Almost a week later ZERO UPDATES. No shipment. Then again I write to them and I’m told you’re first in line. When I was told about a week before the same thing.
Then after telling me TWICE my order was already being sent out (which was not true) they tell me they don’t have what I ordered in stock. Not only did they lie twice by this point about it being sent out, THEY DIDNT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED. Asking if I would be okay with them upgrading the sizes of my order I say fine just send it out. By that time I get an email right away that it’s ready for shipment.
After their fb post about making up the delays to their customers finally almost a month later I receive my order... zero upgrade was given. Nothing.
This company in no way will make up what they make you go through for your order. Such a joke.
