Im being told my account is tempory closed for some reason ? I only got my account reopened about a month ago

Hi , I had £14.77 in my main wallet , and £40.00 in my poker wallet . I went into transfer funds to take £20.00 out of poker and into my main wallet .

I got a notification to say there was a problem with transaction and now there is £14.77 in my main wallet and £20 in my poker wallet . And £20 has vanished from my screen

Refund all free bets English customers got to Scottish customers but we all know they won't Im a customer same as English customers they get £15 in free bet builders for all England games as a Scottish customer I got zero.b

Free bets for England matches in world cup when asked why not same for Scottish matches live chat basically telly you to f off and end call.Blatant discrimination on nationality wouldn't do that on skin colour.

I have spent 2 days trying to unblock my account with no success.

The service has been appalling. Hopefully you can look back and see my what the questions were like .

If they asked me my fathers name at least 10 time. No way anybody could get it wrong that many times.

Yesterday they asked my mothers name and maiden name which is Mary Ryan. Nobody asked that today. It is so frustrating as i was betting at Newbury yesterday and today .

I had to get a friend as I live miles away from a betting shop. Hopefully this gets sorted soon

I get transferred and have to explain bets I made 3 years ok..all I wanted was to pick up my 176 pounds which I won .I never had to explain my bets when I lost .I had to go through my health and medicine I'm taking .it's ok when you lose..you are allowed to gamble..I'm 62..I know how to handle my money..so I can't have a bet with this company..they better settle my anti post bets if I win .

Hi. So yesterday evening I deposited £100 to place a bet today (17/11/25).

When I go to place the bet, I notice the £100 had gone. I looked at my transactions history and the money had been used or cashed out without me knowing.
