Paddock is just another buyer beware dealer

If you're going to Slam a place. Have the balls to say who you are. I got two great deals from Paddock, And Three *** deals plus one real bend me over the table deal. The last time Bill low balled my trade so bad I went to West Herr Ford and bought. They gave me 4500.00 more for my trade and gave me all my rebates plus my Ford Discount. This is the truth. Paddock service dept is unorganized and if they fix your vehicle right the first time; Consider yourself blessed. Also good luck getting service done when promised. I got them lots of business, but that meant nothing to them and they scammed my wife to sign as primary so her daughter could get a new car. Plus suckered them into a worthless over priced extended warranty. All their sales are jokes. Rebates you don't qualify for. Finance marketing scam so you pay more for their already over priced vehicle. Truth is they are a dealer. DEALER= BUYER BEWARE. Shop around, sell your trade yourself, get your own finance if you need it. Your own finance will let you leave with the contract you can take to another dealer. Ask to see the real invoice. The print out is a fake and does not show the fees and mark ups. Pay no more than 3-5% over invoice and then deduct the incentives. Research before you buy. This will help you. http://www.carbuyingtips.com/car4.htm Dealers are not your friends. Buy with great caution.

Duane knows who I am.

His salesman pulled a switch on my friend susan and she would up with a 2013 spark sans the equipment it was supposed to have.

Duane promised all kinds of 'get back to ya's and 'make it rights' and never did.

He promised she'd get the extended warranty- the salesman pushed on her-voided and get her a full refund on it as well as install the equipment that was supposed to come with-free of charge.

When she called to find out what happened to the refund she was told they were going to use her 'extended warranty' to pay for the parts and she wouldn't be getting dime one.

Her attorney is headed to court with Paddock.

Bill Fuccillo may be a loud mouth but Duane Paddock is a full fledged shyster.

And,no, Chevrolet no longer offers the 'we'll buy it back'...wonder why?

I have never had such a bad experience in the service department at paddock they're so unprofessional and can't believe they're allowed to keep treating customers the way they do, I feel like everybody just lies about promised times costs and just are overall liars!! Duane seems like a very well background professional guy I don't get why he allows managers in service (won't name names) act the way they do
