Wrong item shipped and they want me to pay for shipping to return it!
This company is sketchy. I ordered a small black crossbody bag.
They shipped me a burgundy backpack. Not even close to the same item.
When I requested a refund, they said I have to pay for shipping for their mistake. I won't be buying the replacement from them because of how they run their business.
