I hate rudeness and prejudice
would see about my car. even after i called and got there.
the person at the desk with another customer both laughed and sneered at my car. and he refused to see me. i waited and waited. when i asked the guy with the thick accent that could barely speak english, he stubbornly said I'll look at your car and never did!
THIS PLACE IS IN ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN! on packard road!
Preferred solution: nothing, just want people to know what could happen to them and just take thier older modeled cars eslwhere
