- Desk staff laughed and sneered at my car and refused to see me.

the person at the desk with another customer both laughed and sneered at my car. and he refused to see me. i waited and waited. when i asked the guy with the thick accent that could barely speak english, he stubbornly said I'll look at your car and never did!

Preferred solution: nothing, just want people to know what could happen to them and just take thier older modeled cars eslwhere
