Nothing has been resolved 6 months later. Company made a ridiculous offer of $100 to replace the $500 worth of stuff they lost.
They never even asked us what was lost and what it would cost to replace. And we would have signed an agreement to remove all negative reviews.

Company packed and stored our stuff over the summer. When they delivered it back to us we realized one of the boxes wasn’t ours after they had left and we opened everything. We called them they picked up that box, but never came back to deliver our last box. We have been trying for 5 months to get our last box but they say they can’t find it, claim we’re lying about this whole thing, and won’t reimburse us for what they lost. The Better Business Bureau, the NY State Attorney General’s office and the NY State Consumer Protection Division all tried to get Pack and Stack to do the right thing and pay us for what they lost, which adds up to hundreds and hundreds of dollars, but Pack and Stack blew them all off. Their website is terrible and it’s almost impossible to use a credit card, which you need to do to protect yourself. You can’t charge your move on the website, you have to call them, but they just have an answering service, and all the do is take a message and pass it on to somebody who will then call you back and take your credit card information. If you have any questions or problems you again either have to go through their answering service or email them and many times we never received any response after days of waiting. There are plenty of moving and storage company’s around. Do yourself a favor and avoid Pack and Stack Storage Solutions.
