Disrespect
My sister went here today to complete her fingerprints for her new job, my brother went with her since she is new to the area. The lady that was there, supposedly the manager, mocked her because she spoke English with a heavy accent, and even laughed at her. She spoke poorly about her, not realizing that my sister understood everything she said since we are from Puerto Rico and English is also spoken on the island. She did not apologize until my brother went in and spoke to her. This was disrespectful and unprofessional and she should be ashamed of the way she treats people. A business such as this one should be courteous and friendly toward ALL of its patrons. They should not treat people as if they are beneath them.
