Ordered a pair of Arnettes, the wrong pair was sent, so I immediately sent them back and never issued a refund or the correct sunglasses. The following is the email sent back to me back in August 07... "Dear xxxx: Sorry for the problem. We are issuing a credit back to your card for the order. Arnette has still not been able to get the correct glasses to us and I think they are eventually going to tell us they are discontinuing this model. Thanks again Reed" It's now 23 Dec 07...I've emailed, called, texted and still no response since the above email.

New Reviewer IS A SCAM!

This company screwed my daughter out of 2 pair of glasses that totalled $144.00! I sent the BBB the following info. DON'T BUY FROM REED ANDERSON AND THE PACIFIC SUNGLASSES COMPANY! Pacific Sunglasses 225 Main St suite J Chico, CA UNITED STATES, 95928 (530)894-**** Date Received:5/23/2006 1:34:22 PM I have called and emailed Reed Anderson well over 20 times since February of 2006. He has never contacted us to say there was a problem with our order or that it was on backorder. He had sent us ONE pair of glasses that were the wrong pair. The one time I actually got through to him he said he would fix it and never has. He has gone so far to tell me (around May 12th) that they have been sent and I should receive them in a few days. I still have not received them and have contacted him by phone several times as well as emailed him. I have even contacted all my mail carriers (ups, fedex, usps) and none of them have had a delivery from him to me. I also feel my money should not have come out of my account unless the glasses were in stock and until they were actually sent to me, like most reliable businesses I deal with. I feel he needs to be checked up on and investigated. If this is happening to me, I am sure it is happening to others as well. Thank you for your time. Dawn I really just want the glasses but feel I need intervention to get them. They are for my daughter who is leaving for college and all's I have wanted is the actual glasses we ordered. He just should've never taken my money out of my account if he couldn't get us those glasses. I had the same thing happen to me. I could not access my order info or anything.

I tried emailing and calling them, but no response. I am in Hawaii and can't drive over to the store and talk with them.
