Pacific Host Review, wow, what can I say. I heard from a person that it was not good but took my chances anyways! I looked at reviews and the supposed awards they won and the reviews they put out. It turns out after taking a closer look at their marketing strategy and talking with a few people behind the scenes that it is an out right marketing approach. I cannot use the word fraud (yet) or even (scam) till my lawyer approves. We are in final legal stages. Here are aspects that can be taken as fraud: Advertisement on excellent support: No! They are not good at all. They ask questions you have already answered, ask questions that have no related matter to the problem, and my favorite, take about 30 minutes at times to respond (just via chat). I have had times when they actually left the chat, bluntly! (I have documentation on this with Phillip Olsen) Advertisement on 99% up time: No! My developers who was using the reseller account has constantly said that throughout EVERYDAY there are hiccups that causes temporarily down time! Unlike a lot of other companies, is fair in price in regards to they won't add on extra cost for little things, which is good. Unlike other companies, when works, it works, not good mine you, but works to your expectations till things happen. For the cost, it's a great deal, but when you calculate the type of servers and support, it is not a good deal whatso ever! I don't want anything to do with a company that does false advertisement, pays SEO companies (or in house) to make themselves look good, and be deceptive! If you have a bad product or service (they do), fix it, don't cover it up! From my experience, the reviewer is right on! Shame on you!


This individual is spreading defamatory and false information regarding our company, the person refuses to reveal their identity thus potentially resulting in one of our competitors who is doing this. We offer nothing but the best hosting services, and do not take my word for it but the word left by hundreds of reviews from pacifichost customers over the years.

To answer the specific concerns of this review:

- We do provide excellent support, 24/7 and I stand by this as well. Since the individual is not revealing his information I am unable to see the chats he had, however we provide 24/7 support in chat, ticket and phone calls. Yes you can even call us at 3am in the morning and you will speak to somebody in the US who is more than happy to assist you in resolving your issue.

- We have a 99.9% uptime sla. If this individual had downtime issues then I apologize but that is why we have an SLA, the individual could have received a free month of credit for any downtime under 99.9%.

The review above is blatantly false and defamatory, so much that other sites where he posted a similar story were removed by the site owners themselves. Also in the post he mentioned, read the entire thread to see our response and the full story behind that review. He would have linked you to his webhostingtalk thread however the moderators removed it due to the libel content of the thread.

If you have any other concerns please talk to any PacificHost representative however this review is blantantly false and defamatory.
