Pacific Cycle

Pacific Cycle sells bikes that are lemons. I bought a bike that has had nothing but issues from the moment I got it from tires going flat instantly, scrapes and scratches on the exterior, brakes that either squeak loudly or don't work at all.

Had the tricycle assembled and a month later it started to clicking when peddling. It progressively worsened.

I took it to a cycle shop and the said the axle is bent and could not get it fixed.

That cost me a hundred dollars.

For what I read the cycle I still under warranty. What do I need to do?

Found a bmx bike on amazon I wanted to get. Before I ordered it, I asked about a size of a part.

I ordered the bike. I went on Ebay and bought the part ($32.50 no return). Got bike and part to find out the part was not the size I needed. I contacted Pacific Cycle to see if they would give me refund or at least $25.00 (most of the cost).

No answer! I contacted Schwinn, they apologised and said they would send me a check. This was approx. 5- 20-22.

Now it is 6-12-22 and I still have not received anything. I will hopefully never buy a Schwinn bike or from Pacific Cycle again!

I was told quite a while ago (don't remember the date), that Schwinn would send me a check for a part that Pacific Cycle told me that would work on a new bike I got and was not the right part that I could not send back. Anyway, I wrote to Schwinn again 6-8-22 and Ashley P wrote back 6-13-22 saying I would be getting a check.

It is 6-27-22, I still don't have the check. Never again will I purchase anything from Pacific Cycle/Schwinn!!

hello my sons bike is having trouble pedaling because they keep falling off and I dont know how to fix it

I recently bought model#KT1596AZ and serial # 1596AZ-20-00**** . Spent 600$ and brought home to assemble it and there was no manual or part to assemble the front or back tire assembly.

The wire to attach steering wheel to car is cut. This product can not be used in any way my grandson is going to have to do without this Christmas because of it. I either want the part sent to me to make right or something to make it right.

600$ down the drain . How can we resolve this issue?

Nephew rode day did not fall tried using brake lever and snapped off sent an email on the 5th still no response want to replace brake lever

I have a pt26 mongoose shipped to me with the front forks damaged and bent after unpacking and assembly . Walmart said to contact you guys .

WE purchased the above bike for our Grandson for Christmas. We opened the box on Christmas Eve to put the bile together.

It is missing the bolts and things to put the front wheel on and missing the stuff to attach the tag to the handle bars.

I would appreciate it if you would send this to us as soon as possible. You can tell the box was never opened before we bought it.

a few days after putting light on bike it stopped working sent a email they said they got it and would answer back but it's been 9 days and no answer i sent another email still waiting.

purchased a 26" girls bike 4/9/20 from walmart. the serial number is FSD019Jm2513 july of this year, the rear wheel starting wobbling and seems like the bearings are not there.

I have not heard back from Pacific Cycle, neither has my brother who has the bike. We live across state from each other. I was hoping they would have reached out to him as he is the one in need of their assistance.
