Then they said they will have if on Friday and was told this last week. Well now they lied again.

Never order from this company-Pacific Coast! They tell you that you can return pillows within 30 days. They neglect to tell you what sending them back is going to cost you!!! I ordered pillows for my daughter and son-in-law. They thought they were to firm. I mailed back within 2 weeks. I requested an exchange for softer pillows. They informed me they don't do exchanges.

They said they will credit my card and then you order again. Well--------they then charged me for using the fed-ex label that they included and also charged me for shipping to me in the beginning! It had been free shipping. It cost me $30.00 to not like those pillows!!!

To top it all off--------it took them 28 days to credit the remaining amount to my charge card.

Don't order from this company unless your positive that you won't be returning anything. They got me good!
