I called Pacific Coast Feathers the first of last week letting them know that I did not receive the body pillow I ordered around October 7th. They told me that their records indicate that it was delivered by UPS on October 10.
I told them I did not get it and Crystal told me she would make the report and get back to me about what I should do next. To date I have had no contact with the company. I called today only to be told that Crystal is off and NO ONE ELSE in the company could help me. Customer Service is nonexistent..
Needless to say I charged this item and is being charges interest each day by the credit card company but I have no Pilow. I need and want my pillow

I was sent to this site as a link from Overstock when I was looking to purchase a feather comforter. Their website ad indicated full price for first comforter but 50% off the second.
It further indicated that the discount would be applied at Checkout.
HOWEVER, NO SUCH DISCOUNT WAS APPLIED AT CHECKOUT BUT RATHER CREDIT CARD CHARGED FULL AMOUNT! WHEN I HANDLED VIA EMAIL BOTH WITH ORDERS@***.COM AND THERE DIRECTED EMAIL IF ONE HAD QUESTIONS TO COMFORT@***.COM all they replied was they would cancel my order.
How many shoppers end up paying the 100% for two items without realizing that discount not applied as advertised???
