Terrible Customer Service

I ordered 4 brake assemblies from these guys online. When the parts finally arrived they were packed like garbage and were damaged. I've called several times only to get some kid who always says he's giving it to his manager and i will get a call back, well I'm still waiting for that call back after several calls to them. I don't think they'll ever call back, so the next step is to call the credit card company and dispute the charge and have the funds pulled back from them. They sucker you in with low prices and won't give you any kind of customer support if you have an issue. I will never order from these snakes again, and I recommend you don't either. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Avoid them online at all costs!!!

Pacific Trailers - Suspension Parts Review from Labelle, Florida

Don't buy from this company unless you don't mind waiting on parts. I ordered $209 worth of typical suspension parts with free 5-7 day shipping. I waited until the following Friday then Saturday until Monday and no parts. I kept checking order status and it said payment received. No other contact from company to me. I finally called on the 9th day and was informed the order never shipped. The person answering the phone (nice enough) went and checked as the parts person didn't come in. The order hadn't been filled and there were parts on back order but said they could ship what was available. To my remark, when you cut out an entire suspension, half the parts still doesn't get the trailer back on the road. I need all the parts, at the same time. So I asked that the order be canceled and immediately refunded. The person answering the phone was polite and did issue an immediate refund. Too bad too because I had to spend an extra $100 to get the same parts from three different companies. Their pricing is fair, shipping is great.... If you ever get your parts or some sort of communication. If you order, call before hand as they don't post out of stock notice on items you order. I may try them again in the future but I'm definitely not recommending them as a first choice. I planned on the 7 days and started my rebuild accordingly. So the boat is in the water at $30 a day until my trailer is fixed and will likely wait another 3-7 days until all the parts arrive. Not happy that a suspension rebuild that was once $200 is now over $450 after extra freight and docking fees.

I Wont Do Business With Them Again

I ordered numerous parts to rebuild my boat trailer. I received my order and I noticed they sent a wrong part. I wrote several e-mails to Pacific Trailers requesting the correct part. I never received a response. I ended up ordering the correct part from another company. Buyer beware. I will never do business with this company again. Their customer service SUCKS or maybe they don't have customer service. Once they received my money they could care less if they sent the wrong part or not. I ended up having to order the correct part from another company that knew how to treat their customers.

Pacifictrailers.com sells boat trailer parts but takes 25 days to ship them

I ordered a wench mount from pacifictrailers.com out of Chino, California on June 5th. I got no notification that my order had shipped for 10 days, so I called them. I was told that the parts were on back order and they would ship out as soon as they arrived. I waited a week and called the next Friday and was told that they were on back-order. I waited another week and called again. This time I was told that the parts had arrived the day prior and would be sent out the following Monday. The next Friday rolled around and I still had no parts. I called the manager and to my surprise he told me that they make all of the parts there and that they couldn't have been on back order. He apologized and said he would get the parts out for me then. I called back just before 4 pm (their closing time) and he told me that he was doing everything that he could but that they still hadn't shipped. I asked if he could at least over night the parts to me since I had waited 25 days now. No, sorry, that would cost too much. I am pissed and will never order parts from this place again. If you have weeks to wait on parts, this is the place for you!

Called them to verify they had master cylinders, overload springs, actuator shock absorbers, bearings, brakes and complete backing plates, brake lines, etc. for a three axle trailer I'm refurbishing.

They stated yes, we have all the parts. Said I will be there tomorrow to pick everything up. He said, ok.

GOT THERE TODAY, SORRY, OUT OF STOCK! except for one overload spring unit (master cylinder requires two).

What the heck, I just drove over a 100 miles round trip to pick them up. He said we can ship it all out in 1 to 2 days. But I said you are out of stock. He said we get fast items coming in.

Useless bunch.

Don't waste your time. They lied when they said they had it all in stock.

They built me a *** 12k trailer I can't use, place is a mess. Going to court!!

Can't believe that they make the parts

and still have not shipped. They must be an Independently "Wealthy" outfit.!

but in reality are probably a company

that's just doesn't care about the customer. happens all the time..!
