What a ripoff

I went there to get the 5 digit code for my 1995 BMW which was lost due to battery replacement. They told me(Frank perry service consultant) it will cost me 175.00$ to give me the 5 digit!!! it takes 2 minutes to look into their computer as they did seven years ago and it was free why should i pay so much money???the attitude of this mr consultant very unprofessional and ...by the way their customer service manager contacted me which was worse no help at all don't even think about to go to their service department absolute ripoff shame on you

Professional and Supportive

Marco Fausto was my service consultant and allow me to say that he is an exceptional member of the BMW team. He immediately scheduled my service at the earliest possible appointment at my convenience. Once I arrived for my scheduled service, Marco immediately took me in and went line by line of every service my vehicle would see that day. He personally scheduled a follow-up appointment and provided me with an option of a possible loaner vehicle. He personally sought my satisfaction and exhausted all means to provide the highest quality of service. He is a true professional and should be commended for his expertise and willingness to always support the customer.

Manufacturers recall on computer 200* ***I, 3 day repair now 7 days said it was not their fault the computer system failed just ordered a new computer, why wasn't this done immediately I was told they had to find out who was going to pay for it! Still no word on my car! Will never take my car back to Pacific BMW!

I have been servicing my vehicle at Pacific BMW for the last couple of years and must say that I am extremely happy with the service that the staff and my service advisor Russell provides. Rusell is a true  professional, makes my feel comfortable, and always answers my questions in a detailed and professional manner.

I will definitely be doing business at Pacific BMW for years to come. :)

I also had a bad experience with Pacific BMW. A month after having a certified pre-owned car the door locks went out.

I brought my car and they convinced me I needed a $150 tire rotation. Since I dropped the car off on the way to work I was in a hurry so I trusted them and said okay. When I got to work I looked into this further and realized as a certified pre-owned they should have done this. I called them and they refused to not charge me.

The "service consultant" said he could tell by feeling the tires that it needed to be rotated.

What a joke - I reported them to the CA Bureau of Auto Repair and BMW Corporate office. Probably nothing happened but at least I got to let BMW corporate office know that Pacific BMW are a bunch of crooks.
