I cant believe what they do and thry cant get away with this.
Claims are not paid. If you call them you have to wait for an hour then someone answers and be rude.
I have jo words. I am on disablity and i have to deal with them evety month.
Now they dont want to cover my medications they say its not covered anymore. I have been covered over eight years and now they ask for doctors paper that i need this medication. This is outrages. I will not recomemd anyone this company. Never

VERY, VERY, VERY LONG WAIT TIMES. Every time you phone they are experiencing longer than usual wait times.
Their wait times are always long. If you know they're always long then do something about it!
They made multiple typos to deny claim. Only when you contact through their inefficient system and long call wait times will they help.
They might help within a month or two after you call.
Very inefficient process if they make a mistake. They make you fight for your claim.
