Very dissatisfied with product and warranty
I was given a Pace Edwards roll-top bed liner for my 50-year anniversary. It was a surprise from my wife.
It was called a Jack Rabbit model number TR2028. It was purchased from Amazon and installed by a local mechanic in September. It worked fine for about six months thereabouts. I've called the manufacturer and spoke with service.
I had to get him the original invoice of purchase. Then we went back-and-forth, back-and-forth. They sent me a bunch of parts and told me to go to a dealer, who said he refused to put them in because he doesn't know the product. I called another dealer; he's not familiar with the product.
He sent me some instructions and some videos, but they are not easy to follow. They did send me all the parts, but here it is, only open 5 inches; it won't lock. This was not cheap. I've called the company back to find out if I could get somebody who could install these parts.
They've never got back with me. In closing, it's over $1200 plus $250 to install—that's my 50-year wedding anniversary present— Whoopty Doo. I have the service manager's name and phone number.

Need a detective part replaced. I sent video and left message called around 8-8:30 with no luck on getting someone. Finally left message on phone today. It a simple problem just need some help res
I currently cannot give a review on it have not been able to reach anyone. On the phone or email.
All Im looking for is a replacement lock housing because the cotter key or o *** key no longer stayed on the bottom part of the lock. So it will not turn the two arms to open my cover.
So need help replace defective part. 336-******** in 141 Leslie Court Advance North Carolina.

I bought from auto anything it was broken in shipping when it was installed it won't lock in and slide back they told me to send back not repairable there a authorize dealer for pace Edward's auto house in Hayward calif I paid a lot of money for material and labor autohouse said they will work with me if you authorize it I should get a new one since it never work it's taken to long with auto anything I needed this for a trip end of March

Do not buy! Spend your money wisely!
This is what happens after 3 to 4 years even taking care of it with 360 protectant! Their customer service is horrible and now fighting this in BBB.
I hope you all make better choices than I did! They have blown me off trying to make me go away.

Electric ultra groove tonneau cover
I bought a brand new Pace-Edwards electric tonneau cover. I followed the directions to the letter.
They say it is custom made for your truck. Close, but the kick stand does not line up squarely at all. The electric motor did not work on this brand new Ultragroove. Pace Edwards will send me another motor, but I have to do all the work to swap them out.
I could uninstall this tonneau cover, which took me three hours by myself and repack the 130 lb unit and send it to them for repairs. What a hassle. They have trained installers in my area, but I would have to pay them to swap out the motor.
Pace-Edwards won’t let you bring you truck in and change out the parts on your truck, “some insurance issue”, but hey it looks really cool on my truck. I will see how I like this $2200 dollar tonneau after I have to change out the motor on this brand new unit.
