2018 Ram 2500 factory amp Install question
Installing the pac ap4-ch41 r4 on 2018 ram 2500 factory amp vehicle.
Need to know if I should connect the speaker wires running from my aftermarket amp to the supplied harness. Instructions says to plug the harness if equipped with factory amp???
Have wires ran to the radio but stuck due to these instructions.
How should I proceed??? Need my door speakers connected to the new amp.

My radio was stolen out of my truck but they didn't take the interface but they did take the wiring harness. Is the anyway I could get an interface #4 wiring harness for the pac rp5-gm31 without having to purchase a complete new unit

I have a 12 Jeep wrangler, I added a Sony DSX-b700 and have a PAC radio interface RP4-CH11. The radio works and steering wheel controls work but I lost my cruise control and when running a system scan it has lost contact with the radio

Steering Wheel Control Issues
The distributor for this product, (PAC AUDIO) was a great help to me. Zack (Stinger Audio), was very thorough on his instructions to me to remedy my problem.
I was only able to find this number by doing some searching because the actual PAC website had no number listed for customer service. Thanks to Pissed Consumer, I was able to find a number and get some help.
