Failed delivery

It says that a delivery was attempted but there was no reply. liars. my wife and I are both housebound, we are always at home. where are my parcels???

Faulty logistics

My shipment was delayed nearly a week because Paack kept trying to distribute the shipment through the wrong hub and city. Instead of placing it on a truck at their hub just 15 minutes away, they were trying to send it out of their hub over an hour away. We live in the last village in Vizcaya on the border of Alava, which is the responsibility of their Vitoria hub, yet they kept trying to send it from their hub in Bilbao. This has happened with every shipment we have received from Paack thus far.

User's recommendation: If you live on the border of a province, beware!

Fix your logistics! Ultimately, this is the responsibility of your Barcelona/Sabadell receiving and distribution station. They are the ones who cause this mess.

Horrible service!!!!

They have had my package (worth 1,500.00 Euro) for 4 days, and it has been "in transit" since. I have called Paack, (no answer for 3 days) &;;;;;;;;;;;; Amazon.es customer service each day and still no package. When trying to explain ,my issue to the one chat agent "Noelia" she rudely said "there is no incident...(my first name)". At this point, I will no longer be making any purchase with Amazon. Tired of this!

User's recommendation: Think twice when you buy from Amazon.es!!!!!!

The first email I sent they did not respond to, but they did respond to the email through you !

The response just said they had received the message and would escalate and investigate the issue. My response to that: Why did they leave me in limbo for two days with no information about re-delivery and no information about how to contact them?

User's recommendation: Any business that uses this delivery company should be avoided.

STAY AWAY

My son ordered what appeared to be a well priced backpack online for his semester over seas..three weeks before he was going. It arrived the day after he left. this is intentional because their refund policy says it has to be returned within 30 days of the purchase! And it can't be an item that is on sale! Everything on their site is on sale!! The pack was supposed to have USB charger, but it has *** for a USB port!! Stay away!!
