I still have not received my order

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I made an order on 11/27/2023 for two sets of the P. Louis Brush Bundle for $52 each.
To date, I have not received an email confirmation or anything regarding the order.
I paid with my Visa Credit Card with Bank of America and received a notice of the charge (copied below), but nothing from your company regarding the order. Please let me know what is going on as these are Christmas gifts and I would like to know the order was received and processed.
This is the 4th email I have sent and have not received a reply.

What’s the phone number because I’m having the same issue. I sent emails to P.
Louise and Amazon and no response. This was a Christmas gift as well.
My package came in the mail!! They somehow got it to me from a warehouse in the US So my granddaughter will not go without her Christmas present this year.
I was sweating bullets.
But they got right on it and fixed it. I love pissedconsumer.com They actually had a phone number and an email by which I was able to contact the PLouise company and get a resolution.
