OZO CAR - terrifying experience

I had the worst experience with OZO car. The driver missed the exit for my Terminal at JFK TWICE, and got so lost that I ultimately missed my flight. Even though I gave all the necessary info to the OZO car operator when I booked the car, the driver had no idea where she was going. But that wasn't the worst of it all – as she was trying to get me to my Terminal, she backed up on the highway against oncoming traffic, and at one point she stopped in the middle as cars were honking and zooming by us. It was truly very dangerous and I do not recommend this car company to anyone.
