No response to the email yet, and a ridiculous response to two attempted phone contacts! They wanted me to rate the phone service when I never got in touch with anyone. Neither phone number worked.

Preferred solution: Help with products. Neither the website or the packaging is helpful. I do not want a refund -- I want ASSISTANCE and GUIDANCE.

- - -Two orders OZ127509 and OZ127460 confirmed and paid.
- - -No shipping updates; delivery times exceeded; calls/emails unanswered; expedited $25.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I placed two orders in the last two weeks. I received confirmation from both, and payment was taken for both.
I have not received any notice of products being shipped, even though we are now well beyond the delivery times stated on the companys website. I even paid $25 for expedited shipping on one of the orders, yet Ive heard nothing.
I have called customer service three times and left messages, but no response. I have sent multiple emails to customer support asking for a status update, with no response.
The order numbers are OZ127509 and OZ127460
