How can I know where this purchase is at the moment? Ozmobiles promised delivery within 7 days, but I have not received the paid-for purchased item. Not happy.

Faulty iPhone to be returned
- - The phone screen enlarges and becomes unusable; a restart is needed.

Some months ago my phone s screen enlarged to such a degree that l was unable to use it. The only way to get screen back to size was to turn off and restart This has happened several times to the point l can't use it as it's so unreliable
