Did not receive product
I placed order on 1/8/25. I was billed but never received the product.
The website indicated that a tracking number would be sent within 3 days which immediately sent up a red flag.
Calls and emails I made went unanswered. 1/13/25 and still no merchandise or tracking # and no response from company.
User's recommendation: Do NOT order from this company!!!

Placed order 12-9-24 with delivery date of 12-19. This Christmas present for my husband. It is now 1-4-25 and no package received. Will never use them again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I was told that Temu was the shipper. They are not. Ozerty is.
I was tracking my order then I realized they put the wrong address on my package. I have sent all that to Ozerty.
You have 3845 **** W it is actually 3845 S 3950 W. Please find the package and correct the address and send to me.
I should not have to be doing your job. The order consists of 2 bottles of Seasoned Beeswax furniture polish.

U people have taken money from someone who is on a fixed income!! I did not buy anything from u!!
U can return my money to me as I'm on a fixed income and can't and wouldn't buy from u anyways so put my money back in my account!!!
