Hidden charge!!
I went through the purchase process for a total of $18.22. Despite opting for free shipping, checking no add-ons, and no currency conversion, they added a $30 service fee after I had confirmed the amount of $18.22!
You can't call them and there was no warning about this service fee.
They are total scammers! Don't risk it!

Resolved: THEY STOLE $59.99 ON THE GROUNDS OF TRICKING ME INTO UNAUTHORISED SUBSCRIPTION
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They said: “I am sorry that you missed the advisory, but the No Limit subscription was stated before you could complete your order.”Then they said they would issue me a refund within 10days, so hopefully they do!It’s still very conniving of them, as it is not clear what they are sucking you into- plus the box shouldn’t already be ticked, it should be an option you CHOOSE should you wish so- instead of them tricking you into it without your awareness!!!
I emailed their customer service team & requested they deposit the $59.99 back into my account immediately.
They replied back to me explaining that the $59.99 is for a subscription to them- which I unknowingly signed up for!
They said, We would like to inform you that your No Limit subscription has been activated because the relevant box remained checked at the time of payment.
I had no idea what they were talking about- I didnt remember seeing any section during payment regarding signing up for a subscription so I did a mock up purchase with them & got as far as the payment screen to see what they were referring to. It is VERY deceiving as it simply says: Ozerty-No Limit FREE with the following text underneath:
(Free during 6 days, then A$0.49 per day.
No obligation offer, billed every 4 months.)
So obviously they have automatically deducted 4months of subscription in ADVANCE!! At the MOST I shouldve only been charged for 6days of $0.49 (as the first 6 days are free)!
Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase from them again!
I have replied back to them informing them that I will be taking it further if they dont deposit the $59.99 back into my account.
