No one has retired my call .There manual is very short and vague. If its a battery problem review it with me or credit me for having to buy batteries for a new product!

I have tried for 6 months to talk to a live person so I can order an antenna and after maybe 25 voicemails I had left an 2 dozen emails still no response what do you suspect when the first email I got back was written all in Chinese
I cannot speak to a live person and have spent over four months trying to replace the antenna for my bird feeder with no results. When you try to chat with customer service, they want you to join them at 48 dollars per month.
However, all they tell you initially is that it costs one dollar, which is refundable.
But if you read the fine print, it informs you that you will be charged 48 dollars per month. What kind of company charges you for their customer service?

I ordered a renewed Ozeri 360 Tower fan,Model No.OZFS from Amazon. The problem was after I snapped the bottom pieces together, there were no screws to attach the base to the tower .
