Customer service
- - On July 12, 2025, my mother, 93, was in pain at the ER.
- - An ER doctor was unsympathetic and dismissed her pain with a death remark.
On July 12th 2025 my 93-year-old mother was brought into the hospital as she was having issues with neuropathy. She was in a great deal of pain.
But the male ER doctor was not sympathetic.
When she asked if there was anything they could do for her pain, he said "well eventually you die and that takes care of the pain." My mom may be 93 years old but there is nothing wrong with her cognitions. I did not appreciate this and I'm still considering taking further action.
User's recommendation: Obviously some of the staff does not care for doing their jobs
