Got cheated
- - 24h virtual surprise hamper promised for 15/11/2024; nothing happened.
- - Refund not issued despite requests and customer service is unreachable.
I ordered the 24 hours virtual surprise hamper. Which they promised to do on 15/11/2024 on my boyfriend's birthday as I am miles apart from him.
They were texting everything saying everything would be executed as planned. But on the day of occasion, nothing happened. They din even do a single thing. And they told me that it would be done the day after.
But that also never happened. They ruined his day as well as mine. They literally cheated and never refunded me the money back inspite of me asking for a refund.
I am continuously trying to contact the customer service which is switched off .
Y do they keep it in Google then.
It's a virtual surprise and ofcourse u should not say excuse or delay it.
If it's on a special occasion, there is no use of sending it a day after.
The staffs are totally unprofessional and the app itself feels like a complete scam and fake promises.
They never reply for ur complaints.
And they post only positive reviews as a cover up to their negatives actions.
They lost a customer. And they made a huge enemy to their product.
They are not worth it.
I would have given less than zero for the trouble they have caused me.

I still have not received my product.
No one is picking up calls in the customer service center, and the only response I've received via email is that they are trying to deliver my product.
Either deliver my product or cancel it and give me a refund.

I had ordered an item which has to be delivered on 18th still it's not delivered and they don't even reply back to the queries which was raised through WhatsApp.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
