User's recommendation: Be aware they aren’t going to be very helpful if you’re trying to have a roommate an only one gets approved .. they might not even rent to the one that’s approved. That’s currently my problem I got a approved but my roommate didn’t so I tried to get a smaller unit and they want rent to me.
