Switching Calgary ISPs - From Rogers to Oxio
Human contact via email or telephone with Oxio was impossible
Regret having to write this, but my initial contact experience with Oxio has not been what I would wish upon my worst enemy. As a 79 year old communications industry veteran I've dealt with AI countless times; some are better than others, but Oxio's implementation of AI trumps them all - sadly not in a good way.
IMO it's a clumsy abomination of what AI was meant to be.
And to add insult to injury Oxio appears to not have a plan B (Human interaction) That said I'm not giving up, I'm respectfully requesting a timely reply from a sentient intuitive, preferably via voice. Thanks

I've always had good service with oxio, and I've been a customer for over 5 years. I've never written to a robot.
It's true that texting, Messenger, or email isn't for everyone. But they've always exceeded my expectations personally.
