Stopped me from streaming on an app
- - Tivimate was blocked, prompting me to buy a VPN.
- - They later blocked the VPN/app, so I canceled the service and now use YouTube and Prime.
Stopped me from using Tivimate app so I purchased a VPN service and after a period of time they stopped allowing me to use the app so Canceled service so now Im just using YouTube and prime but feel that its unfair because no matter what app I use Im still going to be streaming the same amount just will be doing it on different apps

194208 account...I talked to someone on chat in October about putting my Internet on seasonal suspension as of November 1/2025.They said no problem they would take care of it.Apparently they did not take care of my request because I am being billed for the month of November.Please resolve this matter.In the meantime I had a chat with Mutiat who was able to put my account on suspension yesterday.
