I could not find any information on how to set the year, date, and time. I called customer service and within a minute we had everything set.
Excellent service.
I just wish these three simple instruction steps on the setup would have been included in the manual. For its price, quality, and detailed instructions on everything else, I would have expected the setup for year, date, and time to have been shown in the manual.

Preferred solution: Pass the information on the setup of the blood pressure 9S pro monitor for year, date, and time, to others who can not call customer service M-F 10am-5:00pm, and hopefully have the company to include the setup in the manual.

Their customer service is terrible. The tracking information they provide is completely inaccurate; it's a blatant lie.
Save yourself the headache from this company. Avoid it at all costs.

I got very bad experience from this company and Oxiline GlucoXPro glucometer. I tried to post review on their website, but they deleted it.
Here is it:
I got Oxiline glucometer in July, unfortunately I was at the hospital and couldn't try it before return day. Anyway when I set it up, first thing was wrong I couldn't change mg/dL to mmol/L. Ive sent email to Oxiline support. The answer was very formal, the same as you can read on manual, another words it was useless advice.
When I did check my glucose level the results were very inconsistent 98, 118, 136, 100 with interval 1-2 minutes.
I asked for replacement of faulty unit, which I got.
The new unit was exactly the same as old - faulty. To get the replacement second time I need to post it back and pay for the postage. Would I get the same faulty unit? I believe so.
I wont recommend Oxiline glucometer to anyone who cares about health.
It is just waist of their money and time.
Worst experience I had in the US.
On their website only good reviews, is it possible? According to my experience it is not.
