BEWARE: ABSOLUTE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a TENS XS Pro when they were offering $10 off. I checked out through PayPal and wasn't given an opportunity to enter the promo code.

I contacted Oxiline through their 'contact us' support page immediately after ordering. This was on 1/21/26. No response. I resubmitted the request 2 more times, and to this point, 7 days later, still no response.

I called their phone number, and they quit taking calls at 1 PM EST. So, I called their number today and sat on hold for over an hour. When 1 PM EST struck, I was disconnected. The purchase came with 3-4 day priority shipping.

I don't have the product either.

I tried the bot-operated 'Live Chat'; it just refers me back to what I've already been doing. If you are ordering a piece of medical equipment and you think you may need some support of some kind at some point, I would highly NOT recommend Oxiline.

Cons:
  • Not a single person to help a customer

Preferred solution: First, a response. Second, I would like to get the discount I signed for. Last, I'd like to receive the unit I ordered. I am in much need of it.

Resolved: How to change from kPa to mmgh on Oxiline 9S pro BP monitor

I got this monitor just over a month ago and it was working well then suddenly the numbers changed to kPa from MMGH and i do not know how to read it. How the heck do I change it back?

The web says: Instructions to change the measurement unit

Turn the device off. Start with the monitor's display blank.

Enter the setup menu. Press and hold the SET button for approximately 8 seconds. This will start a series of flashing options on the screen, beginning with the year.

Find the measurement unit setting.

Press the SET button repeatedly to cycle past the time and date settings. The display will eventually show the measurement unit, with 0.0 often indicating kPa and 0 indicating mmHg.

Switch the unit. When the unit setting appears, press the MEMORY (M) button to switch from kPa (0.0) to mmHg (0).

Confirm and exit. Press the SET button again to confirm your selection.

Then, press the START/STOP button to exit the setup menu and save your changes.

THE PROBLEM IS, NO UNIT OF MEASURE APPEARS AFTER THE DATE AND TIME. IT GOES BLANK.

What do I do? Return it?

Trash it? You tell me how to fix it please.

User's recommendation: I will have to keep you posted on this as I just sent the message, Anyone have any ideas how to fix it. Of course the company is only open M-F 9-5 EST so anyone who works will have to take a break to call them.

Excellent service.

I just wish these three simple instruction steps on the setup would have been included in the manual. For its price, quality, and detailed instructions on everything else, I would have expected the setup for year, date, and time to have been shown in the manual.

Preferred solution: Pass the information on the setup of the blood pressure 9S pro monitor for year, date, and time, to others who can not call customer service M-F 10am-5:00pm, and hopefully have the company to include the setup in the manual.

I got very bad experience from this company and Oxiline GlucoXPro glucometer. I tried to post review on their website, but they deleted it.

Here is it:

I got Oxiline glucometer in July, unfortunately I was at the hospital and couldn't try it before return day. Anyway when I set it up, first thing was wrong I couldn't change mg/dL to mmol/L. Ive sent email to Oxiline support. The answer was very formal, the same as you can read on manual, another words it was useless advice.

When I did check my glucose level the results were very inconsistent 98, 118, 136, 100 with interval 1-2 minutes.

I asked for replacement of faulty unit, which I got.

The new unit was exactly the same as old - faulty. To get the replacement second time I need to post it back and pay for the postage. Would I get the same faulty unit? I believe so.

I wont recommend Oxiline glucometer to anyone who cares about health.

It is just waist of their money and time.

Worst experience I had in the US.

On their website only good reviews, is it possible? According to my experience it is not.
