Avoid like the plague!

Update by user Dec 27, 2019

We contacted the Illinois Attorney Generals Dept who said they would contact the business. We complained to BBB who were not very helpful. Our next step is to sue via Small Claims which is a pain but made necessary by the lack of reasonable response from Oxford. It should be illegal to continue operating AND effectively get endorsed by BBB, when there are so many legitimate complaints against them.It is beyond frustrating chasing what is rightfully ours. When did it become so easy for a business to make a written guarantee then simply choose not to honor it?

Update by user Nov 29, 2019

Oxford has been contacted multiple times but refuses to honor their guarantee.

Oxford Tax Partners had our case for over 2 years and after constantly being challenged by us to prove they were working on our behalf they hedged, lied and avoided us. We have a written guarantee from them for a 100% full refund "if we are not completely satisfied" which they refuse to honor. We are worse off after paying them $6200 than we were when we employed them. These guys feel more like a bait-and-switch scam than a real business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for tax relief.
