First of all, yall need to follow up with the claims department ASAP!! My dad had an insurance policy with this company!
My father passed in October 2023-
I sent in every thing that I was supposed to, even my void check information! The funeral home got their money about two two weeks ago!
Im STILL waiting on my money!

Technology things should be a little more convenient. Process very slow should have a better process
Find an agent
I needed an agent to enroll me in a plan in order to switch back to medicare from an advantage plan. It took 4 or 5 calls and more than 2 weeks before I was connected to a sales agent who could help me.
The agent was able to solve my issues and was very helpful. The agent is an independent agent not a direct representative of Oxford.
