Poor customer service

We booked to stay at the hotel 16th and 17th of November. We were asked for £100 deposit refundable when we checked out .we checked out on the 18th and when we got home only to notice that they took off £30 off the hundred pounds because there was make up on their small towel which we found ridiculous .we have stayed in so many hotels .and have never coma across such nonsense
