Raised subscription costs
I have had a subscription for over 2 years, and it has always been $40. Recently, they took away free shipping and the great discount for subscriptions, and now it’s $55!
I have canceled because that is insane. I will no longer purchase from this company; this is so disrespectful to the people who have had subscriptions for years.
I cannot believe they increased it to $55 when it has been $40 for over two years. This is an untrustworthy company.

OWYN raised the cost of my subscription from $40 to $55. That is an insane increase.
I have had a subscription for over 2 years and it has not changed once. I immediately cancelled my subscription because that is ridiculous. They added a 10% discount for subscriptions, which is actually less than what it was before.
I love these protein shakes but I will no longer purchase from this company. I am extremely disappointed.

I bought a 15-pack of protein shakes with a December 30, 2025, expiration date, and they are really thick with a terrible taste. I do not have the receipt, so how can I get a refund?

This is such a disgusting taste that you can't drink it. I'm not one to complain but this shouldn't have passed any taste test.
Someone from your research department or customer service should give it a try. I did see there were several complaints on the reviews.
I do buy the regular dark chocolate and can drink those.
Please take them off the site so other customers don't waste their money.

First off: I love OWYN. It took me forever for me to find a protein shake that my renal dialysis dietician would allow.
The Cold Brew tasted create and the mild caffeine boost (nephrologist approved) helped me find energy during some trying times.
Now I have a 6 month old kidney. I still need 80-100 grams of protein daily. But I'm also on Warfarin and my INR's have been low for no apparent reason (I watch my diet carefully and work closely with the Anti-Coag nurse. I noted that your plant-based nutrients include kale -- generally off-limits but got the initial OK from them for OYWN.
But my INR is below desired levels. IT WOULD BE ENORMOUSLY helpful if I knew how much Vitamin K/kale/greens are in the formula.
I really want to continue using this product (I'm on auto subscribe with Amazon) but my health comes first.
You've done a great job formulating a drinkable protein beverage. I was told to avoid whey by my health providers -- that doesn't leave many palatable protein sources out there.
Please help me, Obi Wan, you are my only hope :-)

Missing package
Awful experience. First, they sent my package to a completely different address than the one I requested.
Then, after trying to send me a replacement, they didnt enter a street address on the package, so the second one is currently in transit back to them! Awful customer service, awful business practices. Do not buy from this company. How hard is it to fill out a shipping label?
Not once, but twice? Come on.
So unprofessional it actually makes me mad. Please take your money elsewhere, this company doesnt deserve a cent from anyone.

Shakes not so high in iron. My doctor asked that I reduce taking the own shakes because there was so much iron in them.

I purchased the protein powder and meal replacement shakes. Neither are opened and I would like to return them as I purchased single serving samples locally and they didnt do well on my stomach. I purchased them specifically based upon the Crohnes friendly information which I have.
Can you please send me return postage for both.
