Missing package

Awful experience. First, they sent my package to a completely different address than the one I requested. Then, after trying to send me a replacement, they didnt enter a street address on the package, so the second one is currently in transit back to them! Awful customer service, awful business practices. Do not buy from this company. How hard is it to fill out a shipping label? Not once, but twice? Come on. So unprofessional it actually makes me mad. Please take your money elsewhere, this company doesnt deserve a cent from anyone.

Do they have a version of the shakes not so high in iron ?

NOT a complaint- a question if OWYN had Shakes not so high in iron. My doctor asked that I reduce taking the own shakes because there was so much iron in them. Thanks

User's recommendation: Watch out for the amount of Iron in the shakes.

Pissed consumer.com. My package was not received or was stolen and Im very upset this is the second time this happened and I spent a lot of money on this inresponsible company, that did not put this on high priority mail

I purchased the protein powder and meal replacement shakes. Neither are opened and I would like to return them as I purchased single serving samples locally and they didnt do well on my stomach. I purchased them specifically based upon the Crohnes friendly information which I have. Can you please send me return postage for both. Thank you, Ryan Jeffers

Didn't receive order that says delivered

Emailed the company with no reply that my order is marked delivered yet there is NO package. We have cameras in the lobby and NO package was delivered!
