you charged me $34.99 for a membership even tho' i did not complete the info to join when i was going to pay the $1 for info i wanted on one property. my computer showed the $1 charge did not go through.
i did not join ownerly. i can't get through on the phone to get the charge removed b/c i am not a member. yet somehow you were able to charge me this fee since i didn't cancel my membership after x number of days. i can't get through to resolve this issue b/c i am not a member according to your info.
this makes no sense. sounds like you have a scam going. i haven't been able to get the info on the property (wasn't that important).
and now i have been charged almost $35 for a non-member membership.
please remove the charge from my credit card and we will be clear.

The company is trash, and you can't get a hold of a real person. Don't waste your money, people.

I opened an account on 02/24/2025 for a 7-day trial period for $1.00. So, the 7th day would be today, 03/03/2025.
I was going through my bank account yesterday morning and saw a pending charge of $34.99 initiated on 03/02/2025 from Ownerly to clear my bank on 03/03/2025. Well, sure enough, it cleared my bank. There is no phone number for a live person. There is a chat, and I got to the point where it said it would connect me with a live agent.
No one ever connected. This was a totally unethical transaction on their part, and I've sent an email for a refund. Again, I never heard back. Yes, I am upset, and I want my money.
The website says I have used zero of 25 credits available. Duh?
