BAD BUSINESS TO BUSINESS RELATAIONSHIP WITH VENDOR

Good morning I'm Anthony Taylor Sr the real estate broker and owner of Anthony Taylor Realty in Houston TX.
The company I'm writing this letter about is OWC 182 HOLDINGS LLC,633 E.FERNHURST DR.STE 1201,KATY TX 77450-****.( Here's their State ID # 80425**** ) They own lots of properties in Houston TX I started a business relationship with them on 01/13/2023 with one of their properties name The OAKS OF WESTCHASE APARTMENTS 2851 Walling Drive, Houston TX 77042 and this property is managed by LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY. My real estate company has been in business almost 30 years now and I have never been scammed like this before in my whole real estate career!
They ran ad in APARTMENTDATA website and the offer sounded great and I started bringing lots of my clients there and they all got approved and has already moved in and I invoiced them about four months ago and now LINCOLN PROPERTY is saying that OWC 182 HOLDINGS LLC are having money issues and this is not true and they are still running the same offer to Apartment locators in Texas I just out that purchased this property a few years ago and they need help getting the complex filled up and scamming real estate brokers out of our clients and they are not trying to my invoices of almost $6,000 and if I didn't stop sending my clients there it would be much more! I had meetings with The OAKS OF WESTCHASE and LINCOLN PROPERTY they don't tell the truth a few months ago they said they were tryingn to get my checks process that never happen yet? I visited LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY corporate office in Dallas Fort Worth and Houston TX. They couldn't tell me when I would get my money all the say was the owner will pay you but they can't say when that will happen!
I already filed with the BBB-HOUSTON,BBB-DALLAS ,THE ATTORNEY GEN OFFICE AND FTC AND I just send them my demand letter for payment I must do this before this goes to court! That's why I'm warning other real estate companies and other Texas locators before they get ripped off ! This company owns so many other companies here's a few of them J&B WORLDWIDE LLC,VALLEN VENTURES LLC, WAY MAKER REAL ESTATE PARTNERS, HIS WAY CAPITAL LLC, OWC 182,HOLDINGS LLC, CHRISTMAN KELLY & CLARKE PC AND KELLY CLARKE PC
With all of these billion dollars companies why don't they pay me and they are still trying to get offsite vendors to bring more renter clients and they will not pay the fees they are offering !
