No Refund
I paid 266 Euros to get VPS service on 15.02.2023, but they asked for a national ID or passport because the information was missing. They stated that since I did not agree to send, the refund would take between 9 and 14 days and this process was not in their hands.
There are also inconsistencies in the messages they wrote on different dates. It's now been 23 days since the payment and they still haven't refunded.
Preferred solution: Full refund
