Bad customer service and reject my submission (on their website called mcpedl) for no reason!
- - Submissions denied without notice.
- - Rejections cited ads on download links.
- - Ads generate income; they deny creators.
- - No response after 48 hours.
(NOTE: THIS COMPLAIN IS ABOUT MCPEDL.COM THAT OWNED/UNDER BY THIS COMPANY) They denied all of my submissions on this website without prior notice (e.g. email)!
They reject my submission because of ads on the download link and you know that is my main income??? The over wolf (the parent company of MCPEDL) said their service is "For Creators by Creators" and "Ads and subscriptions are like fuel for creators" but in reality, they are the ones who are profiting because they denied submissions that have ads (you can see this BIG LIE by going to their website (mcpedl.com) and clicking "about us" below"! That is what they are fighting for on their "About us" page their goal is to fuel content creators (me) using ads/subscriptions but they denied it for that reason. They are the only ones who put ads on their website and gain profit from the content creator's content!
This is bad business practice and a big LIE based on their "about us" page! use my ad revenue to buy Cosplay costumes and didn't have consideration for me!
So I contacted them thru email and didn't get any response after 48 hours! (The website promised me that they respond before 48 hours) The website is so very unprofessional and not recommended for content creators that make living from their content like me!
I personally apologize for content creators who lost their content revenue but have no sympathy for the creators who read the reviews and still support
this Israelian *** business practices!
